The Academy is organized as sequential learning paths, each built for the realities of facility leadership: lessons are short enough to complete between rounds, written from the actual CMS requirements of participation and interpretive guidance, and finished with a quiz that verifies retention rather than attendance. New administrators and DONs can use the paths as structured onboarding to the regulatory side of the job; experienced leaders use individual lessons as refreshers before survey windows open or as ready-made in-service content for department heads. Everything is free, with no account required to read the material.
The curriculum covers the full post-survey lifecycle — reading the CMS-2567, drafting all five required Plan of Correction elements, surviving the revisit — as well as the preventive disciplines that keep citations from happening: QAPI program design, audit cadences, mock-survey technique, and the F-Tag knowledge every charge nurse should carry into a surveyor interview.
