This directory preserves CMS chain names and links to facility profiles, where reported ownership and management roles are shown separately using the CMS Ownership dataset. Similar names are search matches, not proof that organizations are related.
Check coverage and source dates
CMS nursing-home records do not necessarily include assisted living, independent living, other business lines, or recent organizational changes. An unreported relationship is not evidence that a facility has no owner or manager. Confirm current relationships directly before relying on a portfolio count for business decisions.
